Irish Train Sets

The following sets are examples of the range marketed from the Irish Factory. According to the c1980 catalogue each set was available in the various railway company's livery ie. DB, SNCB, SNCF, FS etc and the passenger coaches were supplied to suit. The contents of the freight sets comprised a selection of those wagons featured on the Irish wagons page most of which were from the existing French-made range and presumably never varied.

My thanks to Stefan Svensson for the photo of the Swedish set, which is thought not to have been produced in any numbers. The coaches were in SJ brown and the loco was a re-liveried OBB class 1044.
