Special models for Supermarkets

Like Gégé, ]ouef did not hesitate to produce sets for Christmas for the supermarkets of the time such as "Prisunic" or "Monoprix ". These were specific sets, which were not in the official catalogues nor in the usual boxes, often bearing the name "Ceji" or "Joustra" at the times of these ownerships. Most were not catalogued  and were very basic indeed.

Perhaps to avoid competing with the traditional distribution chains (sold in toy shops and markets), these sets were initially sold to customers under the "Punch" label, in the 1960's, without any reference to Jouef.

They are highly sought after today.
