454 - the BR operating Royal Mail coach - also available in a set
This was an ingenious design as unlike its contemporaries from Tri-ang and Hornby Dublo this coach collected and deposited the mailbags on the same side of the track.
There were two varieties of box insert

Early ones had a card base onto which the coach was fixed

Later ones had a
pre-formed plastic insert
