By way of a change the slot cars filled the first few pages of this catalogue. However the railways were still expanding with the 4-wheeled clockwork versions of the bo-bo electric and the diesel BB67001 for the starter sets.

The SNCF gas turbine RTG Turbo train was introduced as was a set of modern Gas Turbine MU double-decker push-pull coaches with a driving trailer and a specially liveried BB17029 bo-bo loco.

The long wheelbase bogie flat wagons were joined by a sheeted example. By the applicationTraffic Services of different liveries the range of freight wagons was broadened. The refrigerated bogie van now came in new colours as a light blue 'Interfrigo', the white 'Nestlé' and a yellow 'Traffic Services' as well as the original 'STEF'.

The European open and sliding roof goods wagons now came in French, Dutch, German and Swiss colours. The European goods van was joined by a smooth sided version which between them came in French, Swiss, Dutch, German, Belgian and Luxembourg railway colours. The 4-wheel original 'Kronenbourg' van was now available in 10 different liveries and the tank wagons went one better, appearing in 11 different liveries.

The bulk carrier and the hopper wagon came in the new 'Rhône Poulenc' livery.

Finally the 85T Cockerill crane now came in grey instead of maroon.
